Content Creation Hub
Managed content operations

Your content pipeline, run properly, without hiring five more people.

Content Creation Hub takes over the unglamorous middle of content marketing — briefing, scheduling, production, review, publishing and reporting — and runs it as one accountable workflow inside the tools your team already uses.

The problem we solve

Most content teams are not short of ideas. They are short of throughput.

Briefs sit unwritten. Drafts wait a fortnight for a review nobody owns. Approved work never gets published because the person who was going to do it left. We measured this across 40 UK marketing teams — here is what we found.

Where the time actually goes

Average share of a content marketer's week, self-reported across our onboarding audits.

Rewriting unclear briefs22%

of a typical content marketer's week is spent creating anything. The rest is coordination.

Median time from approved brief to published asset, before we get involved.

Median time after 90 days on a managed workflow with named owners at every stage.

Average increase in published output with no increase in headcount.

What we run for you

Four operating tracks. Pick the ones you are missing.

Editorial operations

A managed editorial line: research, briefing, drafting, subbing and sign-off, run to a published calendar with named owners at every stage. We write to your tone of voice document, or we build you one first.

  • Search-led topic research and quarterly planning
  • Structured briefs your writers do not have to interpret
  • Drafting, editing and fact-checking by UK-based editors
  • Subject-matter interviews with your internal experts
  • Legal and compliance review routing where required
  • On-page SEO applied before anything is handed over

Onboarding

Ninety days from first call to a workflow that runs itself.

We do not disappear for a quarter and return with a strategy deck. The first month is spent making the existing process work; everything after that is improvement.

Week 1

Audit & baseline

We map how content currently moves through your business, where it stalls, and what it costs in days. You get the map whether or not you continue with us.

Weeks 2–3

Workflow design

Named owners, defined stages, service-level agreements for each handover, and a single calendar everyone can see. Built inside your existing project tool.

Week 4

First cycle

We run one complete cycle end to end with your team watching, so the process is proven before anyone relies on it.

Months 2–3

Full handover of throughput

Our editors, producers and publishers take over the operational load. Your team returns to strategy, brand and the work only they can do.

Ongoing

Quarterly tuning

Every quarter we retire what is not working, reallocate the effort and update the documentation. The workflow belongs to you throughout.

Outcomes

What changes in the first two quarters.

1

Predictable output

A calendar that is accurate three months out, because every item has an owner and a date rather than an intention.

2

Shorter cycles

Median brief-to-published time falls from around a fortnight to under a week, mostly by fixing review bottlenecks.

3

Lower cost per asset

Batching production and repurposing properly typically reduces cost per published asset by 30–45%.

4

Documented process

Everything written down, so the operation survives holidays, resignations and reorganisations.

Client voices

What our clients tell us.

"We had three good writers and no system. Within a quarter we were publishing four times as much with exactly the same team, and nobody was working late to do it."

Head of MarketingManufacturing group, West Midlands

"The audit alone was worth the first invoice. It showed us that our approval chain had five people in it and only two of them ever commented."

Marketing DirectorFinancial services, Leeds

"They set up the workflow in our own Asana instead of dragging us onto a new platform. That is the reason it stuck."

Questions

The ones that come up on every call.

Are you an agency or a software product?
A managed service. There is no licence to buy and no platform to migrate onto. We bring people and a documented workflow; you keep strategy, brand and ownership of everything produced.
Do we have to change the tools we use?
No. We work inside Asana, Jira, Monday, Trello, Notion, ClickUp or a shared drive, whichever you already use. Migrating tools is the single most common reason content operations projects fail, so we do not ask.
What happens to our in-house team?
They stop coordinating and start creating. In every engagement so far, the in-house team has kept strategy, brand guardianship and the highest-value creative work while we absorb the operational load. We have never replaced a team.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months. That is roughly when a new workflow stops feeling new and starts saving time — committing to less would set both of us up to fail. After the initial term it runs monthly with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the content and the process?
You own both. Content rights transfer on payment, and the workflow documentation is written in your systems from day one, so an in-house hire could take it over from us without a handover project.
Do you work with regulated industries?
Yes — financial services, healthcare and legal clients make up about a third of our work. Compliance review is built into the workflow as a formal stage with its own service-level agreement rather than bolted on at the end.
Can you work with our existing agencies?
Frequently. We often sit as the operational layer between an in-house team and one or more specialist agencies, which reduces the amount of chasing everyone has to do.

Stop hiring around a broken process.

Most teams do not need another writer. They need the eleven handovers between brief and publish to stop leaking days. That is the whole job.
